      Pros

Ncontracts is an amazing place to work. I have never been fed by another entity than I have by Ncontracts. Places I've worked at before would make a big deal about getting employees pizza, but Ncontracts feeds us REGULARLY. Anytime a team or department gets together, they are getting fed. Gourmet fish, amazing fried chicken, best lunch spots around, they spare no expense to please employees. Awesome. Additionally, they do such a good job ensuring your workspace is comfortable, they work hard for you to be able to work from home, the home office package was killer, the office downtown keeps a fridge full of drinks, sodas, juices, waters, and cabinets full of snacks we can enjoy anytime! We work hard at Ncontracts, but when the effort is there, I've been granted spot bonuses for the work I've done, when I wasn't expecting anything! I am just so grateful that my effort, time, and energy is noticed and rewarded in the right ways! They paid for my certifications that I've gotten since being an employee here, and commit to our career growth by doing so. The benefit packages are everything you would want when being a full time employee, and I'd even venture to say that the pay for the roles we hire are right at or slightly above expectations. I can not speak highly enough of how good a place it is to work at Ncontracts!

      Cons

We work hard everyday, the company is growing so fast I think it is hard to keep up with the hiring that is needed. But being busy is a good thing, we have a job tomorrow and there's no end to that, but that's what you want when you find a job. A company that will be here tomorrow, and expose you to opportunities and work that is so important to build you up in in your career.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. It genuinely made our day. Reviews like yours remind us why we put so much thought and care into the employee experience, and it means the world to hear that it's landing the way we intend. You called out so many things we're proud of: the food and snacks (yes, we do love a good team meal!), the home office setup, the downtown office amenities, spot bonuses, certification support, and benefits. None of that happens by accident. It's a deliberate choice we make because we believe that when people feel valued and taken care of, they do their best work, and you're proof of that. Your point about the pace of growth is well taken, too. You framed it better than we ever could: being busy means we have a job tomorrow. We're working hard to hire thoughtfully and keep up with the momentum, and feedback like yours helps us stay focused on what matters most as we scale. And to your advice to management, we hear you. We take it seriously. Maintaining this culture as we grow is something leadership thinks about constantly, and your words are a great reminder of what's at stake. We're committed to earning that trust every single day. Thank you for being part of what makes Ncontracts a great place to work. We're grateful to have you on the team.

This company recently acquired another company and absorbed their employee base, then advised these employees they needed to restructure to see where/if the employees were suitable for their company vision. After 60 days of deliberation they advised the vast majority of the employees their position was no longer needed and the department would be eliminated. Well, come to find out the department is not being eliminated, only the employees that are based in the United States are being eliminated and their positions are being refilled with individuals outside of the United States. Your job is absolutely not secure in any capacity if you work for this company.
