Where to begin? Those favoured by leadership are thrust into management positions, where they have no business attempting to "develop" new talent or lead teams. After inefficiently managing, they then select scapegoats to either mark as redundancies, or put on performance plans as a means to blame a failing business. Every business has challenges, but so many of the managers here don't know what they're doing and in turn enforce toxic work environments with unclear or unattainable expectations that are constantly changing while the business struggles to grasp what to focus on. Natterbox isn't the place for you if you value clear expectations, job security and any sort of supportive or accountable management.
