Pros
- paid holidays - no need to generate own leads but I will continue this explain below.
Cons
Low base pay. Regional manager when hiring will lie about average clinic sales to make position seem fruitful. There isn’t any compassion towards employees even when clinic staff are suffering from illness or mental health issues. Regional managers are trained to micromanage you through your every hour of the day. There is a very unrealistic expectation for KPI’s. Managers will tell you one thing change their mind and then write employees up. There is a very toxic culture. Many managers are fired without warning and when they let someone go it’s in the culture to run that employee down to other managers and staff. They are not LGBTQ friendly even though the company does cater to the community. Medical staff are not appropriate and can often speak poorly about patients and HR won’t address it. The lead base is slow and the standard to close is so stressful that they watch you on camera and tell you contradictory advice that is unrealistic and then submit reports after every viewing. This company is opening clinics at a fast rate but business is poor and they are letting upper management go and merging regions to save money. You can be close to perfect and they won’t promote you. There isn’t room for growth especially for RN’s. Pay and commission is very low. Average work week for Clinic Managers on paper is 40 hours but to do everything that is expected you are working 50 + hours without compensation. Too many meetings that are useless and aren’t productive. They will ask you to write favorable Glassdoor reviews and also write clinic reviews for your own company to make Milan seem appealing. Prices are insane in the industry and not reasonable for most people who need the service. They are unethical in some of their treatment practices on hair type and skin type. Providers aren’t efficient and not won’t training resulting in many contraindications to clients and even staff.
