Pros
Work life balance, pay, benefits, bonus potential, benefit time, growth and opportunity to move up
Cons
Payroll hours and too much inventory
Pros
Good discount for suits and dress clothes Pretty easy job in terms of workload for management Pays good relatively to other comparable positions and companies
Cons
Not always enough hours for staffing typically understaffed throughout the year even during busy season Doesn’t feel as if there is much room for career growth outside of the store without specialized degrees and certifications for corporate jobs and senior management No commission pay Not guaranteed 40 hours a week as a full time employee (depends on store)
Pros
Worked at several store locations in other states. Management at each locations is very different. flexible schedule for the most part can always transfer to almost any location as long as the position is open
Cons
not many growth opportunities. training overall can feel a little inconsistent
Pros
The discount used to be alright...until you find out what their cost is and realize they REALLY don't care about you.
Cons
Higher ups don't care about you at all, Employee discount keeps getting lower, Took away commission, Limited career growth, dealing with ruthless/demanding customers, Encounters with bridezillas, prom season are just a few that rushed to mind...
Pros
I liked the people I worked with and the formal wear aspect.
Cons
Low pay. No real advancement opportunities except moving up to salesman position.
Pros
Positive work-life balance Supportive and inclusive atmosphere Employee discount Opportunities for career advancement Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Retirement plans, and paid time off Control of your schedule Customer Service Dept. Supports Store Managers on Escalation Issues
Cons
High stress levels during peak seasons Limited career advancement Restrictive Design Parameters Inflexible Corporate Mandates Limited Data Accessibility Corporate Decisions Without Consideration for Local Context Inefficiency in Data Management - manual paper replication Limited Scalability
Pros
You'll definitely learn a lot of essential skills in sales and can definitely help you transition into a good sales job. Personally I made life long friends here and I grew a lot thanks to working here, it's my first job that I genuinely feel proud to work at. Really good benefits for a starting job such as PTO, medical, vision, even tuition. Love my bosses, and my crew is probably the best crew I have worked with
Cons
At a certain point, you'll hit a point where you wonder if it's worth staying. The raises are honestly an insult to the amount of effort you give. These days, the amount of money you make isn't enough. Also depending on job availability, there is not much opportunity to move up in the company. Currently if I want to move up, I either have to wait for position to open or leave. Not a big fan of Corporate either, they don't really make the best decisions for stores and it's obvious they're starting to become less caring for employees. Quality of stuff has lessened, yet they are raising the prices on everything. No commission, and no bonuses for regular employees, yet they need to try to reach sales goals?

Cons
While the quality of the products is undeniable, the pricing might be a tad on the higher side for some consumers. However, considering the superior craftsmanship and features offered, it's a worthwhile investment for those who value top-notch performance and durability. Additionally, a wider range of color options would be appreciated to cater to different preferences and styles. Overall, a fantastic company with outstanding products that exceed expectations.
