Poor culture and management, lack of support, very political, hard to transition out of PVA role for further professional growth, low pay for the amount of time and energy spent.
The IT department is severely underperforming and it affects nearly every team in the organization. Leadership appears disengaged and has done little to address what is clearly a systemic problem. I would caution anyone whose role depends on reliable IT support to think carefully before accepting a position here.
