Pros
-Positive company culture
-Supportive and collaborative environment
-Flexible work schedule and days off
-Great people to work with
-Work itself is fun and fast paced in a good way
-Keeps up with latest tech and industry standards, constantly improving so you are also constantly on the top of the industry and improving
-Management is supportive and healthy
Cons
-Work is demanding (but you won't get bored so that's a plus)
-Starting out salary isn't the greatest, but loads of opportunities to grow and your work is actually seen and rewarded (yes, monetarily too with bonuses/raises if you perform well)
-Dental and extended health aren't 100% covered and you pay a small premium from your salary (is that the standard everywhere though?)
