What is the hiring process like at MNTN?

Great benefits such as paid medical, vision, dental for team members. As well as a nice 401k contribution! The company also has a wonderful rewards/recognition program (monthly carrots, IYKYK lol). People here really do a great job of recognizing good effort. It adds to the fun part of work! People here do a great job of collaborating together. Working with hiring managers has been such a great experience for me here. They really trust our TA members and value our inputs. We have these things called MNTN Meets (3x year) where we gather in person in a different city, each time. These are really fun! In a remote environment, people really look forward to these because of the in-person face to face time.

Nothing that I would say is a con/absolute negative. However, things do move fast here at MNTN. Meaning, priorities can shift often. For some, this can be overwhelming, but for others...this is what makes working here super exciting and fun. Each day can be different. But your work here truly matters and is recognized!
