      Flexible hours and there's cake day at the office every month. They also expense your transportation if you need to go to the office

      Pros

      - large diversity of work, from public company audits, private company audits, reviews and compilations, along with corporate and personal tax. - pays professional dues - up to 4% pension match - pretty good medical benefits, but if you really look at it, you're paying for them yourself - flexible work schedule - flexibility of working from home - descent software that is easy to use - access to a large knowledge base - a lot of free food - easy to get PD hours each year - 4 weeks vacation + 4 personal days + 4 sick days

      Cons

      - very disorganized - lack of support - lack of proper training and understanding that people need to be trained - more focused on budgets and recovery then helping employees learn - no consistency of how work is to be done - disorganized schedule system - low pay with no chance of salary negotiation - learning opportunities are difficult to find, and hard to find someone who is willing to help you learn - difficulties obtaining audit hours - likely will have to delay obtaining the CPA until you have met the MNP requirements - very depressing and closed off office with lack of windows - no clear directions on how to progress - not very understanding management - being expected to know how to do everything with no experience in the topic - very little support - upper management prefer to use a junior staff member as they are "cheaper" rather than giving a senior staff member opportunity to learn - a lot of very messy clients

      They pay way below industry standard and get very spiteful when you try to leave for a different company or ask for a raise.
