Don't see too many opportunities for moving up, unless someone leaves the company or someone gets promoted.

New department that is growing, job is relatively easy, mostly sitting with breaks in the day, good pay for a job that doesn’t need a degree and compared to other jobs that are much more physical labor, some people promoted from within

Can be get repetitive, some colleagues lack maturity, can feel like high school

Big company so opens opportunities to other positions

Low pay for long hours

Opportunity to grow within the company, management is wonderful

The food in the EDR could be better
