What is the hiring process like at Lumana?

The interview process was straightforward and transparent. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and the sales team is collaborative and easy to work with. Training is solid, expectations are clear, and there are real opportunities to grow if you put in the work. Overall, it’s a really good place to work with a positive culture.
