Great team and management, friendly work environment in the office

When understaffed, you are expected to work long hours and asked to cover shifts short notice

I loved the diverse nature if the role and beleive admin and working conditions have improved somewhat. My area manager was really supportive and the clients are great.

Paperwork can be tedious. On call can be challenging at times.
