I thought I would retire from this company but now I am looking for new opportunities. Our managers used to have a voice over how to run their own team. We used to work from home 2 days a week providing us a solid foundation to prevent burn out. Especially considering we have a lot of work with mediocre pay and zero praise, we have to pay to use the gym and we have horrible benefits.

New CEO doesn’t care about his employees but is obsessed with looking the part. While he may ask for employees opinions or concerns it is only so that he may justify why he is going to do whatever he wants anyways. He completely removed Monday as a work from home day even after we protested against it. He went on to say he had no intention of removing our second remote day. Barely a year later he just removed our second remote day. Many of us are from different states. Having Friday and Monday remote made it possible to visit family while not leaving our teams struggling with our absence or losing out on funds. I have noticed the new coffee shop, upgraded food items in the cafe, renovated lounge areas and much more. I would hate to think the real reason we need to be in the office 5 days out of the week instead of 3 is because of the extra revenue us being in the office brings.

No growth, rude staff, stressful work environment, lots of turn over, rude management.
