Pros
- Excellent company to work for in terms of culture and flexibility.
- Lots of investment in training and development.
- Many exciting things to be part of such as a women's network, parents network, etc.
- Friendly people who are passionate about what they do.
- Lots of social activities including charitable events, sports activities, networking, after work drinks, craft club, etc.
- Opportunity to make an impact and progress your career, they really invest in their people and giving people opportunity to apply to different roles in the organization whether it be a natural step up or a sideways move into another area.
-Flat structure and accessible leadership team.
- Company wide webinars to inform us on what's going on and give us opportunities to ask the leadership team any questions anonymously
- Pay reviews now more regular than when I first joined.
- Some more investment in benefits happening but would like to see more.
In summary, I love working for Kubrick and am very grateful to the person who headhunted me into this role as they have honestly changed my life for the better by helping me get into a company that really values people and development. The last year especially has been great as we've had so many positive and exciting changes that HR and the DEI team have delivered.
Cons
- Benefits could be better however, lots of benefits around flexibility are great.
- Some tough decisions made with redundancies that perhaps could have been predicted better but we are operating in a really tough market with shifts in demand coming from clients which are somewhat outside our control. The new sales training should really help us predict demand better and our shift towards next gen consulting should iron out some of these challenges.
