In summary, I love working for Kubrick and am very grateful to the person who headhunted me into this role as they have honestly changed my life for the better by helping me get into a company that really values people and development. The last year especially has been great as we've had so many positive and exciting changes that HR and the DEI team have delivered.

- Benefits could be better however, lots of benefits around flexibility are great. - Some tough decisions made with redundancies that perhaps could have been predicted better but we are operating in a really tough market with shifts in demand coming from clients which are somewhat outside our control. The new sales training should really help us predict demand better and our shift towards next gen consulting should iron out some of these challenges.

Client placements can be slow to start, or not clearly scoped

Data trainers do care about their students but the company is tarnished by the use of exit fees

The exit fees are the most significant drawback of working with Kubrick Group. The company enforces a costly exit fee if you choose to leave before the end of the contract, which can feel exploitative, especially for early-career professionals who may realize that consulting isn’t the right fit. This policy creates a restrictive environment where employees might feel trapped. For many, this feels like a penalty for wanting career flexibility or discovering that the role isn’t what they expected. The company’s policies around contracts and fees are not as transparent as they could be, and the exit fee can come as a shock if not carefully reviewed. This structure seems designed to retain employees through financial penalties rather than employee satisfaction or growth opportunities. Kubrick’s use of these unethical exit fees has been covered in the mainstream press and graduate fog.

Not much opportunity for progression unless people leave. Growing the executive layer is male-dominated
