What is the salary like at Kognity?

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I'll be honest, this is in stark contrast to both my perception (perhaps obvious), but more importantly to what we hear is the experience of most Kognites. We have plenty of anonymous continuous feedback and pulse tools. It’s pretty opposite to how I’ve heard Kognity be described in these contexts. With that said I see there is clear frustration here on how you experienced it and I hope you have found a place that is a better fit for you.
