      Pros

Excellent benefits, supportive trainers, intelligent leadership, compassionate workplace, and an inclusive culture. The continued enablement for each department and career progression was by far the best I've seen from any org I've worked with.

      Cons

They've oversaturated their own market within the US. This combined with some pretty outdated lead data means a sales role requires a lot of cleaning leads and even market leads feel like prospecting. Not a huge con, but it does mean you'll spend more of your day cleaning the data than working with clients. Once you reach a prospect their product suite all but sells itself.

      Pros

Unlimited PTO, remote/hybrid positions, parking garage, sometimes bonuses.

      Cons

Another example of an investment firm destroying what was once a fun, great and inclusive culture. The benefits are subpar now and bonuses are scarcer than ever. There are many responses to other reviews stating that the bonus system hasn’t changed (it has twice this year alone) it was based originally on a break even system with new sales and renewals contributing to a company-wide bonus done in levels that would add to the grand total. The system was changed to “new sales only” contributing to the bonuses done in levels and are not added to the previous. For example if we hit 3 levels before we would hypothetically get $1000 ($250, $250, $500). Now if we hit 3 levels we get $450. Knowbe4 got rid of COLAs in favor of a merit base raise system that “most employees got in January”. The last COLA I received was 4%, not great. The “merit raise” I received in January was 0.02%. Much worse. When was originally hired I was told that the average salary was low and that the bonus system made up for that. It used to be very good and made up for my low salary and felt very rewarding. The salary hasn’t improved and in some cases people are making less yet the bonuses are considerably worse. The cost of living in Tampa Bay has come up considerably and the income for those that aren’t in a director role are too low to be sustainable.

Hello Knowster. While sales targets change each month, and our business goals have changed as time goes on, the structure of the game and the total payout achievable on a monthly basis has remained the same since we started the game. We have never advertised the bonus game system as something that you should count on towards your total take-home pay.

      Pros

Very flexible, diversity friendly, can make what you want of it.

      Cons

Positions can be siloed and there isn't a lot of upward mobility depending on your position.

      Cons

Ever since the reorg, it’s been a complete mess. Processes are ignored, the sales team is out of control- they’re told to sell without any regard to the best interest of the customer or current policies in place. We’re set up for failure, as we’re all overworked and burned out. There was no communication to current customers on new expectations, so we’re constantly clawing at an uphill battle to stay afloat. Upper management doesn’t provide assistance, as they’re just as lost and left to fend for themselves as the rest of us. CSMs account loads are well beyond the limit. It seems as if there was zero thought given to how these changes would affect us and no support when it hits the fan. What organization offers a promotion to internal employees who go above and beyond, but no pay increase with it?! No cost of living increase either. It’s insulting and unacceptable. We’re constantly being told how great numbers are, but we aren’t seeing any monetary benefit. The new pay scale for commissions is completely confusing and clearly done intentionally. I don't know one person who understands it and it certainly feels like the goal post has been moved to another dimension. Base pay is grossly below industry standard. A ton of UUT going on and it seems like no one cares, as nothing is changing to improve and streamline things when brought to management’s attention and submitting reports of it. This place was once amazing and exciting to be a part of, but sadly has become just another corporate org that exploits its employees.

Hi Knowster. We are happy to hear that you enjoy working with your colleagues and are happy with our benefits package. In regards to the restructuring, Stu has made it clear in our company-wide Daily Briefings that there will be a learning curve and adjustment period with our new revenue department structure. We have not heard complaints from customers as we worked diligently to make sure their customer service experience has not been affected. If you have ongoing concerns, please be sure to file a report as we take these matters seriously.
