Great place to work and grow your career! It could be a lot sometimes but if you want to learn fast, this is the place to be.

I would not call it a Con but it could take some time to get use to working more than 40hrs some weeks.

      Business outlook

      Pros

The people are great to work with

      Cons

They really don’t have good work life balance

      3

      Poor Work-Life Balance

      Civil engineer
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Opportunity to make large bonuses

      Cons

The expectation is always to work above 40 hours/week. Your utilization time metric is key and things like taking PTO and attending company meetings count against your UT. This pushes people even further to regularly work extra hours and creates a culture of limiting the time off you take.

      3

Exemployee who learned a lot, but has moved on to avoid burnout

      Senior consultant
      Former employee
      Minneapolis, MN
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Pros: pays well and decent networking opportunities.

      Cons

Cons: pressure from above, long hours, culture of overwork and burnout. Expected to put the company above all else. Instead of work life balance, they preach a mantra of "work-life integration". Handled COVID quite poorly and forced employees back to office spaces in unsafe conditions without considering health impacts.
