Being a large company, working there provides great visibility for the professional in the market
Cons
The company focuses 100% on the short term, with extremely small teams, low salaries, and no focus on the customer.

We appreciate your honest response. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your employment experience with us. We will carefully review your response in order to continually improve our working environment.
The people I worked with were absolutely great. The company offers good benefits and somewhat competitive pay. The job was rewarding enough as well.
Cons
Very stressful work situations due to low employment numbers. I get it, the whole "less equals more" deal, but it's really stressful and work/life balance is way off kilter.
Good pay for the area, good benefits the upper managers seem to be out of their league in some situations. A lot of the shop seems to be just “throw the next guy in” and no real growth or leadership being held responsible.
Cons
Work their production lines like slaves. No full weekends off, 13 days on and 1 day off for months because they don’t know how to plan better is asinine.
Good pay, good culture, guaranteed work, company van
Cons
To soon for me to tell
