Nice and Supportive Culture, but Plenty of Room for Improvement

      Pros

      - A very nice environment of good people - Informality, no things like dress code, etc. - Flexibility: work at any time, always open office (in city centre), remote work possibility; full-timers are not strictly bounded by 9-5, occasional remote work is possible if needed - Working and communicating with international clients/colleagues

      Cons

      - Basically no benefits for part-timers (not many for full-timers either) - Displeasing salary raise policy (in case of a full-time contract)
