What is working from home like at Intel Corporation?

Amazing people, great benefits, really good pay for Portland metro, Good balance of office and work from home for many positions.

Constant downsizing targets oldest employees. Remaining members of teams are expected to pick up all the work the work of those let go. Budget constraints impact quality i.e. inadequate test environments result in system deployments going live before being adequately tested.

None from my side, maybe it'd amazing to have more opportunities to rotate across countries. A lot of opportunities in finance Costa Rica and it's great but I didn't want to continue living in Costa Rica so it was a pretty hard decision to leave Intel because of this. If Intel had more options on this I would work for Intel forever.
