The company keeps making changes that hurt the employees, At first instapay was free then they started charging 3 dollars. Now they charge 5 percent. The jobs pay lower every year. Also there’s too many people on the platform now.

The app is over saturated. You might not work for a whole week. Also the owners keep raising fees and lowering wages.

Provides a lot of benefit options; healthcare, mental health, fertility, and flexible time off. As a start-up, there are lots of opportunities for growth and development. Very diverse workforce. There is definitely a clear vision for the future, which makes it a great place to build a long-term career.

The high pace environment and constant stream of projects can be overwhelming, but it definitely keeps the work environment dynamic and exciting. If you are truly a good worker you will find much success here.

Rates of pay have gone down significantly over the past 4 years. There used to be an abundance of gigs that paid 28-45$/hour, but most employers dropped their pay to $17-21/hour. Extremely strict punishment for canceling gigs, even with legitimate reason (car accident, hospitalization, death in the family). All future shifts may get canceled and your account suspended.
