How are the career development opportunities at INVISTA?

Honestly I can’t think of a single positive. This was one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had.

The manager Bari was a nightmare to work for. No room for advancement, unclear career paths at Koch, and no transparency of salary’s for each position.

Salary, good people, private office, verbal recognition

Everyone hides in their office, very bureaucratic, they don't follow their own values, pension is gone and benefits are only ok.

Rewarded innovation and had great people on their team. They explore people's career strengths.

Have to prove your monetary value and it's hard to do in some jobs.
