You can work remotely and they have second shift options available if you want them. There is also opportunities to work overtime if you'd like.
Cons
Managers are never actually available if you work remotely, they have to constantly tend to floor needs due to upper management taking them away for meeting after meeting. They recently changed the bonus structure within the past 6 months which took our bonuses from 700-1000+, to we are now barely seeing 300.00 for a bonus. Hours worked for the allotted pay are not enough for the amount of work they expect you to do and the training is insufficient. We try as employees to voice our employees about the culture and they are shot down and looked down upon because they don't want to hear about any of it that could be used to help the company be better for its employees and its customers.
flexible timing, work from home facility, car and fuel benefits to senior manager and above
Cons
third class management, low salaries, not payment for OverTime.
there is lot of politics over there.
no career growth
no follow the company policies
and many more
Equipment doesn’t work adequately, supervisors can take time away from time sheet and nothing gets done, upper management doesnt do anything to resolve issues, time keeping system doesnt work, discrimination, retaliation, should i go on?
