Does Huawei Technologies offer dental insurance?

Pros

High pay. Free expensive meals and bubble tea(if you go to office).

Cons

- Chinese company culture. Not easy to move up higher as they will still use china Chinese as leader. - No work life balance. 996 is norm. The high pay is to cover your OT. - Not flexible at all. if you late by 1 minute at 9am to the office. Deduct salary. If you come early and start early, you cannot go back early. Or not, deduct salary. - People are quite selfish. All the people will tell you, "explore it and think, then only ask me when you really don't know." When ask, they will say why you so stupid. - During probation, no annual leaves, can only apply unpaid leaves. And if you apply before or after public holiday/weekend, they count that public holiday/weekend as unpaid day as well. So in other way, don't apply leave during probation. - No benefits. No dental, Optical or any benefits. They will say that the pay itself covers everything. Therefore, fight for a higher pay when joining. If not it is not worth it. - Politics non-stop. Very super duper toxic. - Travelling to other countries is not what you think. No hotel. No high allowance. and have to proof you bought the Cheapest flight ticket. You have to share room with other people in their hostel. If someone caught Covid... Congrats.... - If you worked for Europe/US culture company before, not encourage to join as the culture is really different and hard to adapt.

No dental, Optical or any benefits.
