we have decent pay for the industry. Nice people at the store location.

We are chronically understaffed. Corporate continues to add cheaper menu items that require the same about of food/work, not understanding why food costs are higher. We are not given enough staff to do the amount of work they ask for while maintaining quality. They used to talk about career advancement but it feels as if that is a thing of the past. Nepotism is an issue at the top. CEO Scott Ford hired his children and adds negative value to the company.

Free meals on your shift, chill uniforms and atmosphere. The menu is very small so it is very easy to learn.

Too little support from upper management. They extended the hours to 3am. I do more work than upper management for less pay. Retaliation from management is horrible. S*xual harassment, false promises.

Gets roped into a position above AGM, then which is already less than what I had made as an hourly worker. As hourly I made above $55,000 with overtime, which can no longer be done with the rampant cutting of labor. Worked around 45 hours a week. Then roped into a $55,000 Salary working over 50 hours, then pulled into a position of which i must use a personal vehicle without being paid for gas or miles, working even more for the same 55. Stores can be revolving doors with terrible management being moved around and no one is safe.
