Love working here the people are awesome. Very Interesting projects and great management team that actually care. Great work life balance and flexibility. Perks business car.
Cons
Some locations are a bit of a travel depending on where you live
Lots of work, all the newest equipment and very clean organised workshops.
Cons
Was enticed into the role by decent starting salary and the expectation of good pay from performance bonus. This was ok for the first few months, as the jobs I was assigned were relatively achievable within the allowed time. However as they began to trust me with more complex jobs the time given was ridiculously short. This meant that you could earn far more from doing simple repetitive tasks rather than complex work requiring far more skills and experience. What is the motivation to be better at your job if you will earn less? When i raised my concerns with management, I was told "you cant have the cream forever" in those exact words. I resigned shortly after.
Support from management
Busy centre
Lots of opportunities and training
Can make lots of money
Cons
Tech is a bit outdated especially when getting customer to sign for things
Needs to be brought to 2024 and mimic the prestige brand we are can we clunky to get things over the line
Nice products, good sales executives to learn from
Cons
Management won't tell you where you're going wrong, they'll just get rid of you instead. They don't help where you need it but will always be the first to tell what you've done wrong.
