What is the salary like at HCA Healthcare?

Some of the benefits are decent but not as good as other places

Not enough PTO, annual raise of 20 cents, no paid Holidays, no bonuses, no Christmas partys or bonus, no recognition, doctors and surgeons trest you like a peasant, no appreciation, very low pay compared to other hospital, CEO is horrible and greedy.

The pay is low, while they have PTO, it's not very much and there's no sick time which is shocking considering it's a Healthcare facility and we're around so many sick people every day. So if you get sick , then you gotta use your Vaca time

Other benefits are not great, no bonus, we are underpaid for the market we live in (I am paid at an external hire rate, internal hires are below 80k I believe), annual increase doesn’t even keep up with inflation, expectations keep changing month to month, toxic environment produced by mid level management by not doing anything about toxic employees
