Greenix has some of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The infrastructure for success is extremely well oiled, so that I can easily bring someone into the company and help them succeed. Everyone pushes together and has a culture of support and friendship. Pay is industry competitive, and the perks and trips really move the needle.

Greenix could use more funds to hire sales support personnel. Sometimes there are too many responsibilities as a sales manager that I wish could be handled by a full time designated employee

Greenix pays very well, especially for a college internship. The management is also very passionate about what they do and you can tell they enjoy training the new recruits.

Pay is commission so you only get paid well if you perform well. (if you pay attention to training, they set you up to do well) For the internship, unlike other internships, they expect you to be with them the entire summer, even recommend rescheduling final exams to get out there earlier. Very little free time in between school and work.
