There is no actual work really delivered if you are looking for career growth than this place is not for you. Too much meeting on things that are not important. Practically, there is not much career growth Most of the time , the whole purpose of the job is to please the upper management rather than any real work

It is a stable job with low stress. You work on projects that help people
