Lots of layoffs to get profitable, changes in leadership as I had 9 bosses in 4 years, saw hyper growth then during economic downturn, lots of changes and layoffs.
Return to Office
Founder led with a lot of ego driven decision making. This has led to a lack of direction for the employees
