Pros
work from home and honestly thats it
Cons
I went through several rounds of interviews and invested significant time into the process. The hiring managers send you an email, a text and a phone call and asks you to do things in very short notice. First interview, they told me meeting is in 10 minutes. They kept calling me on unexpected times until I was fed up and responded to the email. Second interview, they told me another meeting is in 15 minutes. I got multiple calls from the hiring manager asking me to do things on very short notice even before the work starts. You pay for your own training, you have to use your own equipment and connect it to their workspace which is apparently "secure". The interviewer on Day 1, when asked about commission, says she doesn't know what the commission structure is and that interview was supposed to educate us about the company. They sound like its very organized but its quite the opposite.
