Pros
My experience at Ghanda has been nothing but positive. As a casual sales assistant, I have found my upper managers (store and regional) super supportive and happy to answer questions. There is a strong culture at Ghanda, where everyone at my store cares for one another and generally wishes the best for the outcomes of the store (i.e., if we make budget, helping customers, recovery, stock etc.,). It is a job position where even as a casual, you gain experience across a diverse array of store processes and policies relating to business in retail. If you treat Ghanda well, they will treat you well.
Cons
The only downside is at a customer level, you will cop some customers very disappointed in the store's return policy :').
