Good employee discount, other part-time co-workers can be nice

Management was unprofessional and very cliquey. Management would play favourites and make it very obvious. Management would resort to using the silent treatment, talking behind your back and or being outwardly hostile towards you. Hours were cut like crazy due to not meeting sales goals so they would cut whole shifts or send people home early very often. Unwelcoming environment to work in if you do not look like the models they use in their ads. Company overall caters towards girls that look a certain way.

- Managers didn't know how to make schedules (I was working 39 hour weeks and when I tried to ask for less hours in the summer because I wanted to enjoy being a teenager, my manger told me that my coworkers that were working 5 hours a week wouldn't want to be scheduled more)
