What is working from home like at Fusable?

      Flexible, convenient place to work

      Pros

Company values work-life balance, has good culture and benefits, and is very flexible when it comes to hours, vacation, and remote work. Employees are afforded a lot of autonomy to get their work done, but bosses are always available if problems/questions arise.

      Cons

Pay is significantly below industry-level; corporate can be bureaucratic and slow; unexpected layoffs have become more common.

Work from home and good work life balance

      Cons

The company is awful. The upper management is horrible.

      A company without a future

      Pros

I can’t recall many. The laptop they issued to me was nice. They let me work from home sometimes. My boss spoke to me maybe 8-9 times a year and didn’t really seem interested in my work, which I guess was nice in a way because I didn’t get bombarded by emails all the time.

      Cons

Data scientists and analysts beware. Fusable does not have a data science team, nor do they have an equivalent team that goes by another name. They simply lack the capability and institutional knowledge, which is peculiar for a company whose whole value proposition is built on data, intelligence, and analytics. Senior leadership is far more concerned with short-term financial goals than developing quality products. Pay is pitiful and benefits are even worse. Their unlimited PTO policy actually does have a limit, and it’s not a lot. It’s a blatant lie. Stay as far away as possible. This is a company without a future. The recent uptick in positive reviews is due to members of Fusable management trying to manipulate the company's rating.

      Pros

Brand new office Work from home A lot less D&B folks as of late If you can survive here, you can survive anywhere

      Cons

Toxic leadership Constant layoffs Those who are left are looking for a new job or waiting to get fired. Revolving door of leadership from VP to CEO Brash and obnoxious sales folks get promoted and rewarded

      Pros

A handful of employees who actually communicate & contribute to projects, PTO amouont, and being able to work from home.

      Cons

-Upper managements disconnect with front line employees while lacking knowledge of what the company actually offers in terms of products/services or how the business operates. -401k match -The companys recent rebrand attempt and copy & paste approach didn't feel well thought out. An attempt to "repackage" the companys look, while they did a few rounds of layoffs, just screams desperation to sell the company to new investors. -Recruited a handful of new middle/upper management to ease in AI/automation, but are not familiar with the industry at all. -New management will lie to your face that your job is safe even if you bring up concerns about job security. Cleaning house while rehiring cheaper labor, I'd assume. -Slowly getting rid of the personal touch/relationship with clients. -Computers they provide are embarrassing -Marketing seemed like a money pit with horrible leads -Lack of communication across departments. CONfusable at times

      Avoid at all costs

      Business outlook

      Pros

PTO, Remote work and no signs of forcing you back into office

      Cons

Terrible benefits. Laughable company match, they could never give a concrete percentage. No maternity/paternity leave. New management is abysmal. All they care about is looking good on the books and have downsized for nearly 2 years. Constant letting go and dont even think about getting a raise. It's not happening. Salary is not competitive but if you start your career here, move on as soon as you gain some experience. They do not care about you. They used to have more initiatives to help employees grow in their fields, or into management, as well as culture and its all gone. The new CEO does not care about the employees and she eliminated it all. No one is safe here, we've seen higher up employees, c-suite down to customer facing and lower paid jobs all being let go. Don't waste your time here, you'll be looking for work again in no time.
