weekly shift work is bad

Pay was excellent initially, But overtime that perk faded

Expected to arrive 1.5 hours before shift and over an hour after shift to help with next Shift Crew due to out dated and inefficient SOP's in place

Easy to do, some fun people, union

Takes a minimum of 4 years to start making anything near a livable wage. Stuck on either nights or a rotating shift until 3 or 4 years of experience. Pay caps out at as measly 60k after 6 years. Two years of which you make $15.

Racist environment Management don’t have any compassion for you. They only care when it benefits them

Great compensation is basically it.

Shift work. working doubles. covering peoples vacations means you don't get days off it just shifts to a different day.

Rotational Shifts becomes a problem after a while
