I did not like sitting on the phone, having to come up with made up excuses - when clearly the customer figured out that Fluke defrauded him, after he bought a 10000+ Euros measuring machine brand new, who during the introductory calibration, had the brand new inside, swapped out for a defective board and other parts. When the customer, time and time again was sent a defective machine (which was supposed to be a brand new (and calibrated) one, he did his own investigation and showed more than sufficient proof that Fluke defrauded him.
Fluke dishonestly does all sorts of shady inhouse practices,
I could not be part of a corporation like that.
