My boss was great and was the best and most motivating boss at the time.

The company lacks forward-thinking and innovation. Management heavily relies on the opinion of a single individual who lacks the necessary qualifications for their role. Unrealistic performance expectations without adequate support. Limited opportunities for career advancement. Feedback is often critical without constructive guidance.

They are in the process of being purchased by US Oncology, so there is hope for improvement!

Zero autonomy. You never receive any positive recognition, but one mistake and the whole company is aware. Layers and layers of bureaucracy.

They provide equipment for remote work, but that’s about it.

Will be promised promotions, projects from executives and the middle management that never come and keep you stuck in a dead end micromanaged job and they try to make you feel grateful for a 50 Cent raise. Constant disrespect for little pay. When you try to diplomatically bring up issues, executives and management pound their chests and tell you to be grateful for the hellish life they have given you.

Competitive salary, career growth, wonderful leaders to learn from

Mainly remote so if you do not work well in that setting it would not be a good fit.

Many good Physicians and team members that take care of patients. Most have great attitudes and truly care for the people they treat.

Communication is horrific and there is no transparency. This is mainly from the Executive Team and the CEO. There was a recent layoff yet, not discussion about why or who was going to do the work of the people no longer employed, So, the field had to guess who was still with the company and if they were going to get a kicked back email that said, they were no longer. Yet, all we hear about is false hype about opportunities and growth.
