I was issued and signed an official job offer with a confirmed start date, only for it to be abruptly withdrawn just days before onboarding — with no prior indication or explanation during the process. I had already resigned from my previous job in good faith, based on their formal commitment. This left me financially vulnerable and professionally blindsided. The recruitment process was disorganized, full of last-minute delays and poor communication, making it difficult to feel confident in their reliability. No accountability from the company — the decision was framed as “client's choice,” with no attempt to take responsibility or offer a solution. The emotional and logistical toll of restarting a job search after trusting their offer was immense and completely avoidable.
