What is working from home like at Family Dollar Stores?

No pros, not even one

Terrible pay, no home life at all, employees are always by themselves so task can never get done and the DM has to do it for all 10-20 stores. No thank you

Co workers were generally nice

The family dollar stores could care less about you as a person, employee, or your work to home life

Close to home and the work was simple

The risk of people stealing from your job threatening you

Steady income and work life

No work home life balance

Close to home they need to shut this place down
