Overall, work culture is good and there’s a good emphasis on Worklife balance. You got a lot of opportunities to have a flexible schedule to work and lots of time off for stress management.

Hard to move Within IT As a lot of the work is outsourced. Career progression is also quite limited as it’s not Clear as what’s expected.

There are no cons that i can think off.

Purposeful and meaningful work, flexible work is encouraged, great benefits, smart people, many teamplayers and helpful and hardworking colleagues. Absolutely loved working with many of the people.

A lot of complaints were made on some leaders but not much action was taken. The environment has become toxic and people don't speak up out of fear of répercussions (wasn't the case before). The culture has been degraded with the leader bullying his team and shunning anyone who doesn't agree with him. I have PTSD from working with such a bad leader.
