Very flexible work hours, great team

Working on a stalling project with no outlooks for ever improving/expanding. I was promised to get an interview for another position and to get prioritized to outside applicants, but my interview was cancelled one hour before it was due, with the reason being "we have already filled the position".

has a lot to learn from team members if you are new to SRE flexible time of working and WLB

re org is a little different due to acquisition of companies

- Flexible working as long as your job is done (well) - no questions asked - Most of the team are great and super helpful - Great career progression - Good pension - Private health insurance

- Salary is not awful but could be better to align with other big employers but due to multiple re-orgs, reviews have been a bit hit and miss - Most locations around the world have now had their offices shut completely, so working from home it is - Some team members do not pull their weight but are somehow not let go for doing a continuously bad job
