Learning is one of our core values at Everbridge and we are committed to investing in and providing opportunities for all employees to advance in their careers, both at Everbridge and beyond. To that end, we rolled out LinkedIn Learning in 2023 to ensure all employees have access to training courses that support individual development and skill-building. Additionally, we’ve trained hundreds of employees through our proprietary manager development program and will soon be offering the program on-demand to all employees who are interested in pursuing managerial positions. In 2024, we launched a new monthly program that focuses on in-person teambuilding and learning events, with content and topics decided by our employees, including Artificial Intelligence and Storytelling through Data.
