I have been with EWC for over 4 years and have fallen in love with the brand. The culture of the Murrysville location is welcoming, friendly, and very team oriented. Everyone works well together. Most of the associates have been at the store for years which is awesome to see. There are a lot of growth opportunities and extensive training resources. If you want to build a career in waxing or leadership, this is a wonderful place to be!

I've been with the brand for over 10 years due to the endless growth opportunities the company has. EWC lives it's values and prioritizes a healthy work life balance and D.E.I. They offer on the job training and development at no cost to the associates. This is a high-performance company which gives in-center associates endless income opportunities.

It is a Corporate Franchise which means each center is individually owned and operated- work experiences may vary.

- Great to gain information about skincare - Coworkers are usually great and can become family/friends

- Pay is entirely too low for front desk employees when we’re the reason everything runs effectively - No commission on products. Just wax passes - communication with management - no real career growth - organization within the organization
