      Pros

I worked with Epiq and was contracted to a major corporation's legal department for two years. I enjoyed the flexibility as well as the ability to work from home. I think the staff, both at Epiq and the company that I was contracted to, were great people to work with, the work/life balance was good, and I was satisfied with the pay.

      Cons

I don't think there's anything specific to Epiq that I would put as a con, other than there are not a lot of jobs for attorneys early on if your contract expires. Contract work in general can be less predictable though

      Pros

work from home, decent pay, easy job

      Cons

very bad call management system and company software, - most of the time is difficult to navigate calls since their app is poorly designed and you have to memorize by heart the hundreds of legal questions a customer might ask. very poor training, many different trainers each with their own script, and then you can't veer off script because you will get deducted points on your call. crazy micromanagement, had to do 2 time sheets a day. no job security, they are project based, i was on a project for relief benefits from Wells Fargo victims, they weren't receiving calls as often so a lot of people were laid off. also you are expected to cut corners, because they give you very little time to work on documenting the call which might have up to 7 documents attached each where you have to fill everything all over again, if you cant do it in 10 min, you will have to wait until after shift to do it, and if you do it wrong you get deducted points.

      Pros

I got to work from home

      Cons

The pay is insultingly low and the expectations / workload constantly rises yet my pay does not. I've heard figures for managers pay is incredibly low which I guess explains how these payrates from a global company go unchallenged. Also HR sucks, one of the worst HR reps I've seen in my career
