      Pros

Nothing. No amount of money is worth working for Genex.

      Cons

This company lacks adequate support for new employees during the training process. Training is brief—just a couple of weeks—after which you're expected to manage independently with little guidance. When reaching out to supervisors with questions, responses can come across as dismissive or impatient. Although there is an appearance of concern (e.g., checking in to ask how you're doing), expressing feelings of being overwhelmed due to constant emails and heavy caseloads is often met with little understanding or action. Additionally, vacation time is not respected as it should be. New cases may still be assigned to you while you're out, and you're responsible for finding your own coverage. There's an unspoken expectation to continue working during time off in order to avoid falling behind. Overall, the work-life balance is poor, and it often feels like you're expected to prioritize work above all else.
