How are the career development opportunities at Engoo Tutors?

The schedule is very flexible.

There is no growth opportuninty on Engoo. This is my sixth year working there and I'm still in the same position since I started. Still earning the same salary.

Work from home, flexible hours

Not many growth opportunities, not a competitive pay

- Consistent bookings - Majority of students are well-mannered

- Low pay - The cancellation policy can be a bit concerning - No opportunities for career growth and development

Stable, good students, and good pay for the job

No management intervention, no career progression, etc.

- Fair pay for beginner non-native tutors - Easy to get students even if you're new - Has a lot of incentives

- No opportunity for professional growth

Flexible time good for students

No career growth, damaging for mental health

-you can strategize your own teaching method -opened slots are always booked -students are generally nice -considerations for cancelled lessons

-very low pay and no increase at all -career growth within the company is impossible -they do not give credit or at least reward highly-rated tutors

I liked working here and felt there were good opportunities to grow

no cons really just lots oof fun work

Flexible, no managers to boss you around.

Low salary, same hourly rate regardless if you are new or old. Increase comes once in a blue moon and if it does, the increase is hilariously low. Incentives and salary are not enough to motivate teachers to do better in their classes. Can't be a full time job, not enough students to fill in slots.
