Pros
- great Company mission actively trying to help people by making language learning and education accessible
- lots of autonomy, although depending on the team you’re on
- last two weeks of the year off
- annual company paid retreat to Mexico where you’re not allowed to work for a week
- in office massages weekly
- free daily lunch, snacks and lots of fun company events
- ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays but need to come in Tues-Thurs
- lots of room to grow and take on interesting and impactful projects
- competitive pay
Cons
- can feel a bit cliquey at times
- D&I initiatives are still pretty new and just starting to build and take shape, but not as far along as they should be as a company
- very in-office centric and sometimes can feel forgotten about if dialing in from another office; needs to get better about embracing other offices and hybrid teams
