      Pros

Flexible work hours and a diverse environment

      Cons

Limited growth and lack of team engagement especially as a remote worker

Not as good as it looks

      Quality review specialist
      Former contractor
      Philadelphia, PA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Worldwide remote, decent pay, flexible schedule

Super repetitive job, management doesn't care about contractors even though they say and act like they do, frequent policy changes, no option to move up, no real team connection, toxic positivity.

      Pros

      Remote work Flexible working hours

      Cons

      - processes changes by the week. - Freelancers were expected to do things unpaid, such as meeting with other team members - Pay cuts, bad management decisions, unqualified people in management and team leadership positions - Random firings, no job security or empathy -Fake transparency and "company culture"

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Flexible hours, stress-free work, kind and transparent managers

      Cons

No option to have a contract so no possibility of having sick/holiday pay

Great people and benefits, but poor management and location

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      1. Great, and I mean great people 2. PTO policy very generous and unlimited sick time 3. Pretty flexible hours and the offices themselves are nice. 4. Super good for new grads, do your time for a couple years then move on.

      Cons

      1. Pittsburgh is the worst city I’ve ever had to live in. If that’s your assigned office good luck trying to transfer. No ability for remote work even temporary for legitimate family reasons. 2. Promos are based on favoritism. If you’re saddled with a bad manager you get a bad review for no reason. If your manager doesn’t like you, they will complain to others on the team about you behind your back.
