      Pros

Fast interview process if you are shortlisted.

Worst feedback system system for the candidates who applied for the job. They won’t get to know that why they rejected you. HR asks you to call in 1-2 days for the feedback and they never call back.

      Pros

As students or graduates, Dentsu is a good place where you could start your career. Dentsu has a well-developed and comprehensive onboarding process, and can allow you to learn the industry knowledge to a certain extent. As an intern, your work will not be too stressful and you will have a good work-life balance.

      Cons

Some of their clients' requirements are more picky, requiring you to constantly put in repetitive labor, and may not see the expected results.

      Pros

The people I worked with on a day-to-day basis are awesome. I loved my whole team. And they had cool clients!

      Cons

Management keeps you in the dark. We knew we were losing our client slowly; no one would tell the actual team anything. They kept telling me everything was fine and that I would be moved to a new client up until the day before they laid me and my whole team off. No warning.
