How are the career development opportunities at Dentsu?

Good amount of different clients, remote work, decent salary

Little to no work/life balance, executive/senior leadership doesn't fully listen to challenges faced, limited opportunities for career advancement.

I’ve had mostly good experience with consistent growth opportunities, the people are mostly nice, flexible work from home schedule

Below market pay due to internal promotion, low culture due to remote benefits

Great office location, healthy snacks

No respect to staff, management is headed by a bully, bullying is encouraged by the management, no equality, no freedom of speech, full of hypocrites, low salary, no career advancement, existing staff along with specific members of the management will gang up on you to make your life a living hell, rude management which rubs off on existing staff, most colleagues and management members have no manners, HR will side automatically with the management when you raise a concern

Amazing people, everyone is great and very professional, plenty of opportunity to grow your career if your passionate and you get best in class people, learning and experience

Clients can be tough, its a big agency so it can get very busy with work. Salary's and progression is not the best - salary is under industry standard and progression is tough

As of 2025, DX has more small accounts. iProspect & Carat has more big regional / global accounts. Some team leaders will fight for you, some just talk in circles. Overall HR is quite fair, though there were some unclear layoffs recently. New MD is nice so far.

It depends on the account and team leader. Some team leader advocate for work life balance which is good, at the expense of other career opportunities. Some team leader don't advocate for work life balance but just get the job done, leading to long hours till midnight work.

1. career stability can be guranteed and the trust foundation between the team I was in and the clients we worked with was very strong. 2. definitely there will be overtime but from what my experience is was seasonal, depending on cycle or ad-hoc request, overall very managable.

Bad pay, lack of career progression, hard work is not rewarded, very corporate ladder climbing to get ahead.
