- company truly focused on finding great people that share a vision and values
- lots of work being done by office people and colleagues to foster inclusivity and diversity
- bonus for deals bigger than 500$
Cons
- base salary can't compete with competition or other tech companies
- company becomes too "american"
- invested into new offices (3 days mandatory) but are very inflexible with some markets about their office attendance - some people are fine to work from their home country for a week or two while others are not permitted to do so whatsoever
- promotions are hard to achieve and few
- targets are too high

Great company to work for, perks and terms, culture, colleagues, easy to sell products, looks great on your CV.
Cons
Junior entry level department mentality- no recognition for employees, low morale, dismissive management, unreasonable KPIs.
No career path or plan for Customer Success. If you are interviewing for this job make sure you are ok with the career path, promotions, internal mobility opportunities and realistic timeline.

Great culture, lots of smart people working in the company.
Cons
A lot of leaders were promoted internally which can be good but also limit perspectives from different companies and markets. Should seek for more tenured people on leadership positions.
Smart and friendly coworkers, fair leadership for the most part, relatively good work-life balance, comparable benefits, nice office, free snacks.
Cons
The quality of lunches has declined dramatically recently. Some teams seem to have very toxic cultures.

Great office culture, smart people, excellent product
Cons
Promotional path to enterprise is nearly non existant, it's built for failure and to have reps rot in the seat for as long as possible
